When Bharat first walked through the doors of Coopers Hill Training Club, he was like many of the people we work with—hardworking, stretched for time, and unsure where to start with his health and fitness.
A local business owner and father to a toddler under two, Bharat was juggling a lot. Between running the Englefield Green Co-op and being a hands-on dad, his own health had taken a backseat.
